Terms and Conditions


General Information

As all cakes are made to order a minimum notice period is required.

Cupcakes ~ minimum 48 hrs notice required ~ 1 weeks notice preferred. For large orders i.e. 50 plus Cupcakes a minimum of 2 weeks notice is required. Bespoke designs may require a longer notice period.

Gift Boxed Mini Iced Cakes and Mini Cupcakes ~ 48hrs notice

Mini (fully iced) cakes (10 or more) ~ minimum 2 weeks notice.

Celebration cakes ~ minimum of 2 weeks notice.

NB: If your order is large or for a special occasion you are advised to order as soon as possible
to avoid disapointment.

Allergen Information: The majority of cakes contain eggs, butter and flour and are prepared on premises where nuts
are kept so are not suitable for people with allergies to these items.

Delivery Information
Free delivery within 2 miles on all items
Delivery within 20 miles for £5.00 delivery fee.
Delivery beyond 20 miles by arrangement - please ask for a quote.
 

Cakes may also be collected by arrangement.

 Cancellations and Returns If you need to cancel your order you must do so by email. Cancelations are not accepted on any order booked within 48hrs of goods being required. Celebration Cakes and orders for bespoke designs must be cancelled no later than 14 days before the event to obtain a full refund. 

Due to the nature of the goods (edible) returns are not accepted unless the incorrect product has been supplied.

In this case please return the item within seven days in its original packaging and a refund will be given. 


Payment Terms

Orders totalling £50 or greater will require a £25% deposit. Deposits must be paid within 7 days of the order being placed, or immediately if order is placed with less than 2 weeks notice.

Deposits will only be redunded where 2 weeks notice of cancellation has been given.


Until the balance of payment has been made cakes remain the property of Fantasy Icing.

The balance of payment must be made either prior to or at the point of collection or delivery or goods will not be released.

Payment can be made by cash, cheque or paypal. Where Paypal is used payment must have been received prior to collection or delivery of cake. Where cash or cheque are used payment can be made either prior to or at the point of collection or delivery (cheques must be accompanied by a cheque guarentee card covering the full outstanding amount)

A: I can make cakes Gluten Free.
