CUPCAKE PARTIES
UNLEASH YOUR KIDS CREATIVE SIDE
Kids love to use their imagination and if it involves
a bit of mess all the better. In this case the mess comes from icing sugar and edible glitter as what we're talking
about is a cupcake decorating party.
They're great for kids off all ages from around 4 upwards (though
there's nothing to stop younger ones having a go) and the beauty of it is that parties can easily be tailored to the age
of the child which means younsters can be taught some simple designs such as animal faces whereas parties for older kids can
include more complex techniques such as sugarpaste roses.
Everything is provided from the cakes to
the cutters so all you have to do is sit back, watch the fun and see if you can resist joining in. To make it even easier we take care of both the setting up and the tidying away.
Prices and Packages
There
are 2 party lengths to choose from: 45 mins and 1 1/2 hours (of decorating time)
45
min party: Includes, demonstrations, 4 cupcakes per child to be decorated, boxed and taken home.
1
1/2 hr party: Includes demonstrations, 6 cupcakes per child to be decorated, boxed and taken home plus decorating
and wrapping a special present cupcake to be taken home for Mum, or anyone else they want to give it to.

Prices quoted are based on a minimum of 6 children
per party (including the birthday boy or girl) with additional children being added upto a maximum of 12. Quotes for parties
with greater numbers of children i.e. for wedding entertainment are available on request.
Parties held in
excess of 20 miles from LU5 may incur additional travel charges.

Birthday Cake - Kids love to have 'Happy Birthday' sung to them and blow out the candles on a cake so
to make your childs birthday extra special why not order a personalised birthday cake, decorated in the birthday childs
favourite colours, to add to the party. At 5" in diameter it's small enough to give everyone a slice without
a lot left over (and lets face in when you're already overrun with cupcakes that can only be good) and at £15.00
it won't break the bank either, (alternative cakes are available for extra charge) Candles can be providedm on request.
Thank
you cards ~ Fed up of the battle of getting thank you cards written, well why not have them prepared for all ready
for your child to sign. On the day of the party you will be asked to complete a list showing the guests and any presents
given (this can be emailed through at a later date if you prefer). A few days later you will receive a set of personalised
handmade cards thanking each child who attended the party for coming and for their gift ~ all your child needs to do is sign
them and send them. Cards can be decorated in a variety of ways such as using a photo of your childs party on the
front. Cards cost £2.00 per child.
Booking your Party
In the first instance please either call me on 01582 861571 to check availability, or complete the form below
~ don't worry if you havn't decided which package you want, the most important thing is to get the date booked. Once
confirmed a deposit of £25 will be required within 7 days to hold the booking. This can be paid by cash, cheque or Paypal.
Terms and Conditions
A party is
not confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
£25 deposit is required for all parties and must be paid within 7 days of booking.
The balance of payment is
due 2 weeks before the party takes place.
In the unfortunate event you need to cancel your Fantasy Icing Cupcake Party the following terms apply:
- Cancellations must be made in writing (email acceptable)
and must be confirmed by Fantasy Icing.
- To receive a full refund of deposit and
any other monies paid a months notice of cancellation is required.
- At least one
responsible adult (in addition to me) must be present at each party (though you don't have to take part - unless you want
to - and once you see the fun being had you may not be able to resist )
